Example: operating method, tools, equipment, quality procedures, photos, videos, plans, EPIs, training … The solution also allows to easily determine the level of added value for each work phase or for the overall operation, and launch ideas or relevant improvement actions.
To facilitate the standardization of operations, the system maintains libraries of corporate standards from integration with ERP / PLM or created directly by the production engineering team. These information bases can be used dynamically in all work studies and facilitate the maintenance of work standards. By default, the system includes chapters such as: products and materials, machine codes, EPIs, tools, jobs, personnel, time bookstores, mathematical formulas, symbols …
It’s an essential tool for plant process analysts as it allows the integration of videos in the analysis of times by timing of the different phases of the work process, including the most elementary operations. During the viewing of the video, it is easy to establish the operational cuts and the activities of the operator, while VideoCrono automatically assigns the observed times to the list of elementary operations, and integrates them directly into the time study.
Prédéfinie tables of time calculation are available among a range of time measurement techniques: stopwatch, MTM1, MTM2, MTM-UAS, MOST, mathematical formulas and parametrization, or direct time entry. You can easily associate this time to an operations structure for the maximum benefit. An Android version is also available: measure and calculate operating time directly from plant. Moreover, pictures and videos can be associated to the time study and to the operations structure.
Analysts can incorporate elements of ergonomic analysis in the definition of operations, with the most appropriate techniques for each type of risk to be assessed: Loads, Worker’s position, Repetitiveness and short cycles. Ergonomics is analyzed at the level of elementary operation to be able to give a global result of the operation or job. The results are analyzed immediately with the review of the work processes and automated technical reports are generated.

The system helps to simulate different work scenarios and dynamically adjusts the personnel and machine loads involved in the work of a cell or quick change of SMED tool. Also the automated generation of the documentation of the position and per person.
Analyze and simulate the load of personnel in a line of assembly, either of single product or cells with a production mix. The standard operations libraries can be reused to automate the calculation of the manufacturing mix and allow the system to adjust the balance according to a target tack-time. Likewise, the system generates the material lists for the warehouse picking and determining its location on the line, as well as the automatic generation of the technical documentation for each job position.
Automatically generates the necessary documents for each work cell, example: work instruction, machine preparation parameters … Users should only focus on the generation and maintenance of content, such as the operating method, machines, tools, EPIs, components … the system on the other hand deals with the layout of the final document according to the standards of each company.
